Increase your chances of survival. This 1 day course for leisure and professional boat users hones in on practical training in the use of modern survival, search and rescue equipment will maximise your chances of survival in cold waters. Classroom session and 2 hours in the pool with a life raft.
KNOW WHAT TO DO
AIM
To maximise knowledge and skills in the correct use of modern and traditional search and rescue, lifesaving and safety equipment. To build confidence in your ability to deal with real life emergencies and casualties on the water.
RYA sea survival course and is valid on vessels up to 3000 tons.
What To Bring
Clothes!
A pair of swimming trunks and a t-shirt for the pool session.
A Towel
To dry off after the pool session.
A good attitude to learn!
A packed lunch or money to eat out
We have a fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, small cooker, cutlery, plates, coffee/tea/sugar/milk for you to use.
