Redeeming a Gift Voucher/Card
Gift vouchers are valid only for the specific boat trip and ticket type purchased. However, if you'd like to add more people to your booking, you may be able to pay the difference. Just get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help.
Gift cards are different - they can be used towards any of our eligible boat trips.
Gift vouchers are for a specific trip and ticket type, so the full voucher value is redeemed when booking.
Gift cards are different. If you don't use the full balance in one booking, the remaining balance stays available to use on another eligible boat trip, subject to the gift card's validity period.
Buying a Gift Voucher/card
A gift voucher is for a specific boat trip and ticket option (family tickets, group tickets and private hires only), while a gift card lets the recipient choose how to spend its value on a boat trip of their choice.
Your gift voucher or gift card is delivered digitally by email, so there's no waiting for postage. The recipient will receive their unique gift code, which they can use when booking their boat trip.
Our gift vouchers and gift cards are valid for one year, giving recipients plenty of time to plan their adventure.
