FAQs
No - we don’t plan on anyone getting wet. Our boats are open and seated, and the ride is designed to be comfortable and dry. The only time you might get wet is from the rain, so we recommend dressing for the weather.
Wear something comfortable and warm. Pointed heels must be removed to protect the boat tubes.
Yes - kids love it! Children must be aged 2+ so we can safely fit a lifejacket.
Yes - we recommend booking online to guarantee your place.
Sometimes, if space is available - but advance booking is strongly recommended.
If conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll contact you ahead of time. For peace of mind, choose flexible cancellation at checkout.
The pontoon is wheelchair accessible, but the boat is not. Guests must be able to stand briefly to board. Let us know in advance and we’ll assist where possible.
There’s no toilet on the pontoon or boat, but Riverside Museum has facilities during opening hours.
Late arrivals may miss their departure and cannot always be rescheduled, so please arrive 10 minutes early.
Yes - dogs are welcome on private hire trips only. Select “Bring my dog” at checkout for a small fee and we’ll provide a dog lifejacket.
