Gift cards are usually sent to your inbox, but could have been sent via other means.
You'll know you received a gift card if you see 'check balance' or if the gift is for a chosen amount, rather than a specific trip.
2. Redeem

1. Choose any available boat trip, ticket type, date and time.
2. Follow checkout process
3. At the very end you will see 'Apply gift card'.

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed towards a specific boat trip and ticket type

Check the message
How do I know if I have a Gift Voucher?
Gift Vouchers are usually sent to your inbox, but could have been sent via other means.
It will clearly state 'Gift Voucher' alongside the boat trip and ticket type you have been gifted.

and ticket type only
How to redeem your
Gift Voucher:
1. Choose the specific boat trip you have been gifted.
2. Select the Private Hire ticket type you were gifted.
3. Once selected, you will see 'Redeem your gift voucher here'.
